Our dog adoption process includes a visit to your home
after your adoption application has been approved. The visit is scheduled at
your convenience, and its goal is to ensure that you can provide your new dog a
safe and loving environment. Because AnimaLovers relies on volunteers for all
its work, we regret that we cannot consider applications from people who live
more than an hour's drive away.

Sarge

nothing more than to nuzzle against you and share a good romp in the
yard. He has an endearing disposition and is eager to learn new things.
Emmett will flourish in a home where he will get lots of hugs, a little
training and mostly just a family to call his own.

Chelsea is a two-year old Akita mix who is sweet, energetic and who loves
people and other dogs. She came to us as a stray and anxiously awaits meeting
her new family. Chelsea looks forward to long walks and lots of play time in her
new home.

Bosco

Bosco is a sweet tempered couch potato mix who is getting along beautifully
in a foster home where he has displayed excellent indoors manners. Bosco, who is
approximately 4 years old, loves to hang out and watch TV, put his head in the
nearest available lap and go for long walks. He is fully housebroken and shows
no desire to misbehave when left alone. He also gets along beautifully with the
other dog in the home. Bosco is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. To meet

adult border collie-retriever mix is a sweet and energetic girl who came to
AnimaLovers as a stray. Sally looked like she'd been through some hard times
when she arrived but she's smiling now and looking forward to a much better
life. Sally would likely do well with older kids and some other dogs. She would
prefer a home without cats.

Lucky is a middle-aged lab mix who thinks and acts like a youngster. He is
neutered, in excellent health and loves to be petted and to give kisses. Lucky
gets along well with people and with other dogs, large and small.

Ty is a tall, handsome, two year old with lots of energy and a love for life.
Ty is neutered and in great health. He likes to run and play and to ride in the
car. He has good indoor manners and would really love a home where he will get
lots of exercise. Ty loves people and would do well with older kids and perhaps
another larger dog companion. He would prefer to admire cats, small dogs and
young kids from afar.
