Even though AnimaLovers helps lots of dogs, there are
always more for whom there is not room or resources. To help those animals, we
invite people to post dogs and puppies who are available for adoption privately
on our Referral Dogs page.
These dogs are offered by their owners and placements
are private matters between the parties. Posting photos and information is the
only AnimaLovers' involvement in the referral animals pages. Postings are
removed after 3 months unless the owner asks us to repost.
AnimaLovers makes no
representations regarding the health or temperament history of any of the dogs
listed below. Please direct all questions regarding these issues to the owner.

| This
two-year old great Mastiff mix has a BIG heart to match his size (note: he
also gives BIG kisses). He's a happy and fun-loving dog and just makes you
smile. The shelter staff loved him and highly advocated for him; they called
him a 'great dog' and we totally agree with that assessment. He loves to be
with people and show them his affection. He enjoys the company of other
dogs; cats are unknown at this time. Although he lived with children and is
very good with them, we would prefer an adult home with older children
because of his exuberance. He sometimes forgets about his size and strength.
He loves to play ball, go for a ride in the car or take a walk. He knows
some basic skills and a 'refresher course' in a loving family setting would
bring them out even more. This all-around good boy will make a great
companion to the right family. Ruger is fully vetted and neutered. To learn

Abby is a friendly, lively and affectionate seven-year-old Jack
Russell Terrier looking for a home with no other animals. She is
good with children and adults, but she is protective of her food around
other animals and needs to be an only pet.

| Baby is a 4 year old Rottweiler mix who is up to date on all shots, negative for heartworm and good with children, cats and other dogs. Baby is out of a home due to a foreclosure. She is a sweetheart that just needs to catch a break in her life.
Baby's free spot at vet's office is about to come to
an end and our shelter here has a high euthanasia rate.
Any assistance finding this dog a home/rescue would be
very appreciated.
